It concerns the restructuration with change of use (from managerial to residential) of a three-level building overlooking the Zattere in Venice. We built two main houses and one service building, all connected between them and with the terrace on the top floor by a new internal lift. The spaces, after their prolonged use as offices, had lost any living connotation or historical element. The project has therefore paid attention to reshaping the living, the interior spaces and furnishings with particular care for details and finishes.
